Our New Life
at the Domaine Cardu
Our love story began in 2000, when I introduced Angélique, my future wife, to my family's ancestral lands in Corsica. The beautiful island, the cradle of my maternal roots, became the common thread of our lives.
After years spent between the Côte d'Azur and Porto-Vecchio, our hearts remained anchored in the center of the island, in Prato-di-Giovellina, where my family is from.
It was there, in the middle of these landscapes, that the idea of a guest house germinated, an obvious choice for us, a way to share our love of Corsica and live off our common passion.
In 2020, after 20 years of shared dreams, we finally settled permanently on the Isle of Beauty. It's no coincidence that we chose to settle in Cardo-Torgia; it was love at first sight for this place steeped in history, this house of character, and this wild nature. It was this love at first sight that prompted us to create our guesthouse, a place where we can share this passion with you.
